That’s right – I had my hair braided. It required sewing! At night I had to wrap my hair and Derek felt like he was sleeping with Aunt Jimima! I know he liked it though because he kept snapping shots of my new do! At least he found it entertaining. It did not stay as long as I had hoped because my hair is still pretty short so, if I do not decide to chop all my hair off into a pixie cut (Derek is really pushing for this so maybe he didn’t actually like the braids), I will wait for it to grow a few more months and try again.
