My favorite grad school friend told me just a few days before her departure that she was leaving Denver not to return until after Derek and I were gone. Oh Camila. I was terribly upset since she was a major positive element to my life here. Sad, but she is off to exciting internships in DC and Geneva.... It was especially upsetting because it happened so fast. I am beginning to realize that my time in Denver is wrapping up and once again a chapter is beginning to close.
