Derek and I did our part to swing Colorado blue. It was so exciting wasn't it? I must say, the speech McCain gave was his best in a long time and reminded me of the McCain I used to know. Regardless of your opinions of Obama's economic plans or international agendas, you can not deny that it is pretty amazing that a man who is half black was elected president in a country where grandchildren of African slaves still represent and suffer from the history of unjustices. My faith has been renewed and now we must wait and see what happens. I think it is important to remember what he said during his speech that everything won't be solved in a year or maybe even a term. A lot of things are really screwy so it will take awhile.
